When I woke up to thunder and lightening this morning I knew we would not be pouring footings for my barn on Saturday...

Down to the bents! These beams are hand crafted with pegs or better known as mortise and tenon a lost art.
I was thrilled to find this treasure, but alas when the barn was delivered it was broken. Orva is having it repaired.
